- Shop our website for items that interest you.
- Click on the big red button
 on the bottom left side of the page to open the order form. (Adobe Reader is needed to access the order form)
- Enter your billing address, shipping address, phone #, & email.
- Select the items you are interested in purchasing and enter quantity, item name, item #, and cost in the provided space.
- Calculate tax and shipping cost based on the charts listed at the bottom of the page.
- Fill in payment method information. (please be sure not to enter credit card information if you are returning the form by email)
- Choose one of the following methods to place your order:

- Email the order to us by pressing the submit button in the top right corner of the page and following the instruction that appear in adobe reader.
