Why did you choose to come to North Dakota? I was attracted to the ruggedness of the badlands.  I was familiar with eastern North Dakota and wanted to check out the western part of the state.

What other Parks have you worked at?
Scotts Bluff National Monument, Jean Lafitte National Historic Park and Preserve, Independence National Historic Park, Devils Tower National Monument, Fort Larned National Historic Site, and Glacier National Park

What programs will you be giving this summer?
Hike -Surviving the Natural Hazards of the Park
Talk -Civilian Conservation Corps
Evening Program - Prairie Fires.

If you could be one animal found in North Dakota what would you be and why?
A sauger (sand pike) so I could see all three units of the park and when it was hot I could be in a deep pool at the base of a butte.  (When it was really hot - I'd be in Lake Sakakawea).

If you had just one day where would you go in the park?
- I would go to the North Unit and hike the North Achenbach trail.  By hiking the trail you are high above the river valley and have a great view of the badlands and a good chance to see bighorn sheep.
